Grab a partner and let’s all get healthy! The FAN Committee is offers a FREE Walk/Chair exercise program called “Abundant Life”. Megan Ward gives a 15 minute talk on a health related subject, then 30 min of exercise follows. Put on your walking shoes and come join us for this FREE time of  learning and exercise.
